No teachings. No doctrine.
Just shared sitting, every Thursday.
Every Thursday at 6pm Eastern, I host a 45-minute virtual meditation circle. Twenty minutes of guided practice. A short reflection from what's alive in my own sadhana that week. Ten minutes of silence together to close.
I'm not your teacher. I'm a Kriya Yoga practitioner four years into the path, sharing what I've learned and pointing toward the masters who actually know — Yogananda, Sadhguru, the lineages that matter.
The practice doesn't change. The container does. This circle exists because consistency is everything, and consistency is harder alone.
I'm Syed Rahman. I live on a small farm in Costa Rica with four rescued dogs, and two cats. I meditate three hours a day. I'm a devotee of Paramahansa Yogananda and a student of Kriya Yoga through Self-Realization Fellowship.
I'm not enlightened. I'm not a master. I'm someone who chose moksha as the goal of this life, and I'm sharing what the path has shown me so far — for whatever it's worth to you.
